Matt Lucas displayed his slimmed-down frame as he stepped out for a stroll with a friend in Notting Hill, London on Wednesday.

The comedian, 48, cut a casual figure for the evening as he enjoyed a meal at an Italian restaurant.

The former Little Britain star sported a white printed T-shirt along with a pair of tan trousers.

Also wearing a white cap, the Great British Bake Off host completed his look with a pair of blue trainers.

Matt’s friend sported a light blue shirt along with a pair of black trousers and matching shoes. 

It comes after Matt displayed his very slimmed-down frame during an appearance on The One Show in June. 

The comedian looked incredible in a navy suit and white shirt, with impressed viewers claiming they ‘need to know his diet’.

As the Little Britain star chatted away on the green sofa, one observer wrote on Twitter: ”#mattlucas looks like he’s lost some weight. Looking good.#TheOneShow.’ 

Another added: ‘Watching #theoneshow #mattlucas has lost so much weight! I need to know his diet’. 

Matt recently revealed he was ‘thin-shamed’ as he watched Arsenal take on Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium in London.

The actor took to Twitter to share the unusual encounter, after fans previously praised his drastic weight loss journey.

It was only last year that he claimed to have ‘put on a lot of weight’ in lockdown during an appearance on Lorraine, adding: ‘I’ve still got a bit of a tum.’

Yet after looking noticeably slimmer in recent months, Matt’s weight loss has clearly picked up attention as he shared the awkward experience with his social media followers.

He penned: ‘Shout out to the lady who stopped me at football today to ask me why i’ve lost weight and to inform me I look a lot older.

‘For the first time in my life, I think i’ve just been thin-shamed,’ he added.

In April 2020, Matt admitted that he was keen to ‘get fitter’ during his time in quarantine, after feeling he had ‘put on a little bit of weight’. 

Making the comment during another appearance on the ITV show, he said: ‘The one thing I need to do is get fitter, I have put on a little bit of weight, that’s my next challenge to do a bit more exercise.

‘I might have to make a game of it when I go out an exercise to stay out of people’s way. I don’t have a garden so I have to find a way to do that.’

The funnyman was previously told to reduce his daily calorie intake to 1,500 by doctors over fears he may develop diabetes.

Matt took the doctor’s warning serious after tragically losing his own father John to a heart attack in 1996.
