Only Nick Pope survives from the team that thrashed Sheffield United on Sunday, and Newcastle give a debut to 17-year-old midfielder Lewis Miley.

For City, Kalvin Phillips makes only his fifth start for the club and there’s another chance for Oscar Bobb.

Haaland, Foden and Doku form a formidable looking bench for the Premier League champions.

Tomas Soucek is the only player to keep his place as David Moyes makes 10 changes to his Hammers line-up.

There are five changes to the Villa line-up from the weekend, Jhon Duran starts up front with Leon Bailey, Youri Tielemans, Leandre Dendoncker and Robin Olsen also get a game for Unai Emery.

Five changes for the Toffees with on-loan Leeds winger Jack Harrison making his debut after recovering from hip injury, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin also getting a start.

TEAMS – Brentford v Arsenal

In come Frank Oneyka and Mathias Jorgensen as the Bees make just two changes.

Aaron Ramsdale is named in goal for the Gunners who also hand Emile Smith Rowe a first start since May 2022.

There is also a debut for 19-year-old front man Charles Sagoe Jr.

It’s a first start for Cole Palmer as Mauricio Pochettino names a strong starting XI for the Blues.

With Marc Cucurella, Ian Maatsen and Ben Chilwell, Chelsea have three left-backs playing in the same side.

While Brighton give a start to Ansu Fati as they look to pile on the pressure at Chelsea.
