Rangers overcame a 2-0 deficit in their Champions League qualifier against Union Saint-Gilloise to go within one game of reaching the group stages.

The Scottish side headed into the Ibrox encounter having lost at the Belgian side in the first leg, but dominated the game to set up a final qualifier, where they will play PSV Eindhoven or Monaco.

James Tavernier struck a penalty on the stroke of half-time to put Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side in front on the night following a hand ball, before Antonio Colak levellled the tie with a close range header on the hour mark.
