Pimblett earned his biggest career triumph to date following the unanimous decision triumph at UFC 296 but appeared to waste little time piling on the pounds.
Indeed, the 29-year-old has made no secret of his desire to tuck into the calories after his fights and previously insisted that he would ‘rather be fat and happy’.
He is renowned for indulging in all manner of treats after bouts, having often put himself through training camps and weight cuts during his rigorous preparation.

Pimblett looked to have piled on the pounds in a series of snaps taken during the festive period
And his yo-yo diet appears to have taken another twist over the festive period, with the lightweight showcasing his ballooned frame in a series of Instagram photos.
Taking to social media to wish his followers a Happy New Year, Pimblett shared several pictures alongside his pregnant wife, Laura Pimblett, while on holiday.
Just a lean 155.5lbs over a fortnight ago, Pimblett is now estimated to stand at around 190lbs by combat sports X account, Championship Rounds.
‘Holy f*** bro, how are you huge already?’ one user asked in the comments.
Another added: ‘I don’t understand how this is humanly possible.’

Pimblett had openly vowed after undergoing ankle surgery last March that he would look to keep himself below 200lbs for the foreseeable future.
But instead of keeping trim all year round, Pimblett prefers to allow himself freedom to eat what he wants when away from his training camps.
‘I’d rather be fat and happy than ripped,’ he said. ‘These people who are ripped all year round are not happy, I don’t care what they say.
‘This six-pack is sound, I look great but I’d rather be fat and happy.’
Pimblett may look to next compete in March, before his wife gives birth.
